Past choices

We all make choices we regret. Sometimes those choices hurt us and sometimes they hurt others. Sometimes those choices are the right ones even though we are hurt by them. I think that we often romanticize things in our past as regrets because they were the right choice but we want to believe they were the wrong one because it hurt us or the right choice led to less than spectacular results.
